I have not been catching factors!
I need to know whether to restart. (Only started an hour ago.)

I haven't been catching factors either. I am not sure that it matters for stage 2 as long as we all sieve to 45T. Obviously from that point onwards we will need to.

Thanks. I am not quite sure what happened with that one as I was using a script to concatenate the individual files together.

I haven't been collecting factors, but we'll need to report factors after p=45T. Besides, the NewPGen.del files will probably be too large to upload since there are so many k's removed per second.

When the removal rate gets lower (maybe at p=10T?) I'll start recording the factors.

No, you don't have to restart it. You can start recording factors after p=5-10T if you want, but that's optional.

Here's mine (also works for sieve files without header):
Code:
#!/bin/bash
set -e
sort --ignore-leading-blanks --buffer-size=5% -n -t ' ' -k 1,1 "$@" | uniq
Run:
./sort_factors in1.txt in2.txt > out.txt

Unfortunately, the computer that was running the 20T-40T range has crashed

This means that the 20T-40T range is now available.

40T-60T complete to p=45T, 14.0M k's remaining. I have the factors removed from just below p=10T but have not included them in the upload.

Taking 20T-40T.
