Reserving the following for Port 7000. These k's are what's still at 1.3M

k317 k329 k335 k341 k363 k391 k393 k399

k335 was reserved by me but will be loaded with the others.

This leaves only 2 k's (349 & 353) which are not in progress or finished to 2M. They are at 1.5M. They are available.
