Default A bit too far

The current GPU firepower can TF to 73 bits and get ahead of the LL assignment wavefront.
There will come a time when this can be upped to 74 bits without letting the LLs catch up, and leaving opportunity for P-1 to be done in a timely manner.

Meanwhile, clip Chalsall's powers, and ask BCP to rejoin the fold.

If I have upset the KKK or that new Dutchman, so be it.
