Dubslow:How so?
Since Oliver produced mfaktc, we are all agreed that 200 expos
could be TFed to 72 every day, thereby ensuring that every expo
assigned for LL was TFed well. The level is now 73.

Chris & George are still not letting this happen.

I fail to see how Chris is doing anything at all to deliberately disallow workers from taking expos to 73.

If you mean expos below 58M only being taken to 72 before release, that's because with everyone's help, James put together a chart showing where it becomes less efficient to TF and more efficient to run CUDALucas, and 58M is the crossover from 72 to 73.

I have trouble following. Could you please give a concrete example of a dozen expos where "this is not happenning"? Are they reserved?

If they are reserved for 1,5-2 years, are you suggesting that the policy of being nice and let people finish what they are doing (usually practiced at GIMPS) be thrown out of the window, the expos be expropriated and forcefully TFd to 72?

Or are there expos not reserved and not TFd to 72 that Chris is deliberately p{a/i}ssing at?

Yes, there are some exponents which results in mersenne prime numbers, and Chris deliberately doesn't want to assign them to me for LL ...

Chris said that 60K expos between 53M and 60M have been TFed to 72 or over. Which dozen of the remaining 80K would you like me to fish out?
