Unfortunately it was foggy here just around the time of the eclipse (20:30 local time).

Around midnight it got clear again.

Except for the Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Easter Island, and parts of southern Chile and Argentina. However, the latter are not that likely to have clear skies. I would think that a cruise from Tahiti would offer the best chances of seeing it.
