Under something like a desk or table (the sturdier the better) and hold on. If it moves you move with it. If you are in bed, stay in bed, roll face down and cover yourself with blankets and your head and neck with a pillow. Laying next to a bed or couch is ok. Doorways are myth (it came about because the wooden doorframes survived where the unreinforced masonry or adobe collapsed), the swing door is likely to injure you.
