How does that make him a hypocrite? It seems to me that if he supports higher taxes for these folks, it might make them re-think giving him huge amount of $$. That doesn't seem very hypocritical to me...

"massive conflict of interest" - goes without saying. I'm way too politically unsavvy to know how much of an impact his "support" of higher taxes, whatever form that takes, will actually have on his ability to wade in campaign contribution cash. But in my likely naive viewpoint, I think he's trying to do the right thing.
