I have extended 740856 by over 3000 lines, and it doesn't seem that I can paste the whole 3000-line file into the 'report factors' window and have it accepted; how do I do the upload?

Have you tried uploading in multiple parts?

I can upload 500 lines at a time, which is tediously manual but does get through the lines in the end

Does aliqueit work with the -s option, or does that suffer from the same problem that happens when you try to upload it all through the browser?
