Im having a problem with this cpu I built last year. Ocassionally I get a bluescreen error when I use it normally. But when I try and run a labor Intensive program or video game it crashes and gives me a blue-screen error. When I run prime95 it gives me these results

[Thu Sep 03 19:35:16 2009] FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.4992675781, expected less than 0.4 Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file. Only thing I can think of is reformat my drive and see if that solves it. If you're running at stock speed with low temperatures and still failing, you might just have a defective CPU. |
