Note that the square term on the 3 for 554880 makes it a guide and not a driver - the square cannot be lost, so it can't get to the driver 2^3*3*5. Its biggest problem is how fast it increases, giving a limited window of opportunity before it is too big.

paleseptember, if you're still checking this thread, are you going to try to continue with 555576? The easiest way to fix the problem you've got is to change gnfs_cutoff in aliqueit.ini to 100. (This doesn't actually fix the problem, but it avoids using the program that is getting the problem. It is a bit slower, though.)

Also reserving 561528 (I will do a bit of work tonight and then no more till Saturday, because I am going on holiday).

done 549990: size 110; C109 (i let it run over the weekend while i was away. 900 +M curves and increasing ECM up to 12 million.)

still running 543960. moving around 90..102 digits (weny beyond 100 digit when i was out of home, now below 100 digits again (step 1882)
