Looks like Sunfish has joined us in the 8028 and 8029 ranges.

9,145 left unassigned in the ranges:

80300000-80499999
80600000-80779999

Yes, that's right. I also have a good old Athlon system that has been shifted to TF work quite some time ago (yes, there have been times where it was considered a high-speed system doing first-time LL tests...).

About 2 days ago I finished moving the last expos in the 200M range from 61 to 63 bit. Due to the fact that this system will be decommisioned within the next few days (the parts for my new Core i7 system are on the way already) it did not make much sense to start some new range.

So I thought that it might be a nice farewell for this system to join you in this range for a few more TFs before being shut down forever soon.

I am taking 8065 to 8072. That leaves 8036 to 8050.

The quads are getting cheaper too. It prolly won't be long till you can pick up an old quad at a flee market real cheap from someone who has upgraded to an I7 or something.

Wow in the last month the number of exponents under 100M that are less than 64 bits have dropped from over 330K to under 150K.

At the rate factoring is progressing by year end there could be no exponents below 1B factored to less than 64 bits.

Hey all.

I'm in the process of bringing the last ~5000 unreserved exponents in the 91M - 93M up to 64 bits. Should be finished Sunday.

I was planning to then start working down the 87M to 82M range, starting with 86M - 87M.

However, I don't like to step on anyone's toes, and I have what some might consider an unfair number of cores in my cluster. If you think it would be fairer for me to leave the 80M to 90M range to others to do, please let me know.

Or, alternatively, I could stop at 85M, 84M or 83M.

Please let me know what you all think is appropriate.

Thanks.
