Max and Tim (Mini) have many of the results already from me already converted to server format. They can be imported at anytime after AMDave is ready with the behind the scenes stuff but we agreed to not make them show up in the stats until after the month-long Free-DC rally is over; which should be here in about 3 days. Not that it matters, they didn't even come close to overtaking ROLP.

Not sure what stats you are looking at, but Free-DC did more than 1,000,000 in just one month. I don't recall ROLP doing that, ever...

Of course but your objective all along was to overtake ROLP in total score by the end of May. See http://www.noprimeleftbehind.net/ind...ent=team_pairs or http://www.noprimeleftbehind.net/ind...nt=team_primes depending on whether you want to use the score for results or primes.
It looked like it was going to be close on results and that Free-DC would overtake ROLP on prime score until Free-DC apparently gave it up with 6-7 days left. I was completely baffled. That's not like Free-DC to shy away from a challenge like that. Last fiddled with by gd_barnes on 2009-05-30 at 01:46 |

I think the load scripting will be fairly straight forward as most of it will be a replication of / integration into existing procedures.
I don't expect there to be much in the way of complications on the loading side. That said, there are some complexities that need development on the web-side and that will take some development and testing. Given my availability over the last 2 weeks as a guide I anticipate that I will get the data in within the first week and have the new web pages out onto the production website 2 weeks after that. So about 3 weeks from receiving the files from Max. I am holding off committing time to development on that until I have a set of files to load and test with. |

Sorry, I've been rather busy lately and haven't had the time to get this rolling. Unfortunately, right now I can't pull more files off of Gary's machines to process. As soon as crunchford comes back online I'll see about getting some more ranges to process.
