Prime95 error after 1 minute...help please

Um ... that question seems rather odd to me. It is like you are asking "how long should I run stable till I can make it unstable again?"

Seriously there is no way to tell if you can safely overclock in advance till you change it and it starts crashing again. Some systems will run for days or months with an overclock but then start crashing due to weakened parts from over heating or over voltage.

Of course some systems die without any overclocking too so your opinion may vary.
