I've now held the downdriver for 7 indexes with quite a few indexes with factors of 7 but no "regular" drivers.Although not as wild as 842592, 250824 has certainly been entertaining and I've now added 338 indexes to it and am at i=4249. |

You're right.....sorry, I had the stable/unstable colors mis-remembered. How's this? (As of 9/28/09:)
Code:
Seq Index Size Co-factor Driver/Guide 29772 1017 134 128 2^2 88662 2175 124 114 2^4 * 5 123960 1760 112 90 2^2 170196 1715 135 119 2^3 171018 1789 109 92 2^4 363270 1607 130 118 2^9 * 3 * 11 * 31 479632 1281 120 93 2^4 * 3 604560 2433 127 118 2^5 |

I am now done with 59232. Status:
59232; i=5442; sz 111; C109; +19; 2^4*31 A mystery worker searched this one over 100 indexes not long after I reserved it so I only extended it 19 more. It is currently 17th longest by length for sequences < 100M in the DB. |

I am now done with 250824. Status:
250824; i=6142; sz 105; C100; +2231; 2*3^2 After advancing this one over 2200 indexes, it is now the 9th longest sequence < 100M in the DB. I'm also just about done with the 8th longest.

I am now done with 283752. Status:
283752; i=6430; sz 108; C101; +1662; 2^6*3*5 I am showing this as 2^6*3*5 since that is what it was for 4 indexes up until the very last one where it went to 2^7*3*5. This is the one in the "a little request" thread. Having advanced it 1660+ indexes to 17 past where Bosma presumably had searched it at i=6413, it is now the 8th longest sequence < 100M in the DB. This is fun. I've now recently advanced 3 sequences all 1600+ indexes to put them at 7th, 8th, and 9th longest. The 7th place one, 842592, was subsequently picked up by someone else and is now in 6th place at i=6543. BTW, 250824 and 283752 at 105 and 108 digits respectively have still been searched to a much lower size than the top 7 longest. The top 7 have all been searched to > 120 digits. So someone may be interested in extending these two a little further. Gary
