Since sieving at the c163 of 30450:808 took a while, I would like to get some help on optimizing the parameters.

Some people have "dedicated" hardware and are able to get very good polys very fast. You just specify the number, and where it is coming from (like "C163 from aliquot xxxxx") and someone may take up the challenge to find the best poly.
