Found this link over on Bruce Schneier's blog -- here's a company that claims: they can break RSA and they have their own unbreakable public-key algorithm, their founder and CTO proved the Riemann hypothesis, and they have a clean energy technology that "extracts energy from the singularity through our patent-pending process."

On http://www.singularics.com/about_us/ is a slice of a standard Windows XP background. On http://www.singularics.com/products/encryption/ there's a spiral combination lock dial that looks familiar, but I can't recall from where. It's not a standard MasterLock product, I'm fairly sure. Does anyone recognize the slice of blackboard on http://www.singularics.com/science/ ? From some textbook, perhaps? Just think, now Steorn has some competition. Do you suppose that'll spur them both to greater innovative heights?? Maybe we could invest in them both and retire rich!

I think the image on http://www.singularics.com/investment/ is from a Mariner spacecraft radar map of the surface of Venus.

But Singularics are only proposing "inexpensive energy" whereas Steorn are claiming "free energy". So, yes, I think you should invest in both just to hedge your bets both ways.

"Any set of random (or seemingly random) periodic values ρx can be infinitely defined (meaning that there are an infinite number of solutions for the order of the values) in reverse with a simple function Ν (m), the Neutronic Function."

At least in this case, the word salad is good for a few giggles - assuming one takes a pass on the "send money" part of the deal. [Mod note: Merged Cheesehead's related thread from S&T into this one.] Last fiddled with by ewmayer on 2009-02-26 at 16:52 |
