I know Les Paul only died a year or so ago,
but this is (IMHO) a beautiful tribute the great pioneer of the electric guitar. I don't know if Jeff Beck is as well-known as Eric Clapton or Jimmy Page, but (lyke the Byrds) some of you might understand the title of this post. David |

The Faces
In case anyone doesn't appreciate: 1) The chemistry that has kept the Stones rolling 2) Why everyone on the planet thinks Rod Stewart is a bit sexy 3) Why Ian Maclaggen, Kenny Jones, and Ronny Lane are so highly regarded. 4} Chuck Berry is God David Last fiddled with by davieddy on 2012-03-31 at 12:43 |

First heard this in a backstreet pub in Kingston
(On Thames, not Jamaica) "The Swan?" where they held a weekly 50's night. Most of the folk were dressed to the nines: teddy boys, petticoats and doing the jive etc. Great music in general, but this one knocked me out: This Little Girl's Gone Rockin' David Last fiddled with by davieddy on 2012-04-02 at 12:23 |
