If I am testing manually exponents and want to get work credits for them, can I add the results.txt file on my computer that doesn't connect to the internet to the results.txt on my connected to the internet computer?

You can use the www.mersenne.org site, open the "Manual Testing" menu by clicking on the left pointing arrow and choose "Results".
