k=1003 is at n=515K. I'm stopping it temporarily for 1-2 weeks to run some manual double-checks on the ranges for the PRPnet server.

I'm going to stop a core on port 5000 and restart k=1003 from n=515K shortly. Since it is likely at a lower search range than any k<2000, it should be higher priority until I get it up near n=700K; which is the range that k=800-1001 is closing in on now.

k=1003 is complete to n=607K. 1 prime confirmed at n=584103.

Karsten, Peter Benson sent me a PM. He has already searched k=1003 for n=600K-700K. I have now stopped my range and have asked him to send me his results file.

Also, he has offered to include k=1003 in his k=1005-1400 range for n>700K. I told him to go right ahead.

Therefore, I am unreserving k=1003. Please mark it complete to n=700K and reserved by Peter. When I get them, I'll combine his results with mine for n=500K-700K and send them your way.

This means that all k<=1003 is unofficially complete to n=660K. :-) I think there might be a few straggling pairs remaining on the 6th drive that need to complete before I can have you process me the next range there and all of my individual k's for k=300-400 are now higher than that.

Wow, that was fast.

To make it official: Lennart has reserved k=3000 thru 3010, 3045, and 3135. They are "holes" in the k=3000-3200 area not being worked on by the mini-drive. He's starting 3000-3010 from where Karsten left off at n=407K. I believe he is starting k=3045 from where Chris left off at n=466K and starting k=3135 from where it was previoiusly left off at n=500K. Lennart, let me know if this is correct. Will you possibly be testing n=20K-250K on k=3135, which has not been tested yet?

Hum...I going to have to create a thread to list misc. primes like this that are within the project's current k-range of 300 to 3400.

In the next couple of days, we'll have a public discussion about what we would like to do with the k=3000 to 3400 area. There are many possibilities.
