Unhappy [Bug] Wrong parsing some results of manual testing

Hi!

Yesterday I have reported my manual results at http://v5www.mersenne.org/manual_result/ . I have pasted following text:
Code:
[Tue Dec 16 04:58:51 2008]
P-1 found a factor in stage #2, B1=2000000, B2=1000000000.
UID: klajok, M330131 has a factor: 669013708717087028876859217
UID: klajok, M330133 completed P-1, B1=2000000, B2=1000000000, E=12, Wd8: 3336424E
As a results I have got page with some 'parser statistics'. There was written that parser could not establish how factor for M330131 was found and that parser assigned this work to the ECM method.

I think this strategy distorts 'research statistics': ECM goes up, but P-1 goes down. Another side effect is an incorrect time estimation.

What do you think about this situation?

Regards,
Daniel

It happened to me as well a couple of months ago. I consider it a minor glitch, the results get checked in. Of course, it does need to be corrected. Glad you took the effort to report it.

I had the same happening :
Code:
[Wed Dec 10 03:17:23 2008]
P-1 found a factor in stage #2, B1=465000, B2=15693750.
UID: S485122/Q67-P3, M18577817 has a factor: 6822962172522424072783 CPU credit is 0.8023 GHz-days.

No factor lines found: 0
Factors found: 1
Processing result: M18577817 has a factor: 6822962172522424072783
Insufficient information for accurate CPU credit.
For stats purposes, assuming factor was found using P-1 with B1 = 800000.
CPU credit is 0.8026 GHz-days.
P-1 lines found: 0
LL lines found: 0
Mlucas lines found: 0
Glucas (G29) lines found: 0

I agree that it is a minor problem.
