Hmm. THAT many new factors suggest that Richard Brent's factor.gz hasn't been imported, either. Does anybody know about this? It uses a format like checkfacts except that it includes +1 and -1, so each exponent includes a sign. It's at

Edit: Hm, I thought it'd give it...I don't see anything here saying how many new factors the DB found: Code:

In the aliquot sequence overview page showing open end sequences,
http://www.factordb.com/search.php?s...&5=1&do=Search is there a way to show the size of the last term rather than, or perhaps in addition to, the size of its unfactored part? |

If it was, it isn't now.
And even if it wasn't, it isn't now and there's nothing you can do about that. Last fiddled with by 10metreh on 2010-02-07 at 17:38 |

Whenever I query the database I get a message like
select fid, status, type, digits, md from factors where smd=44863 and factor="2^941-1" - Table './fdb/factors' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed I am feeling rather happy to have local copies of my aliquot-sequence progress ... |

But, the good news is that it seems it is just a display and update problem. My aliperl scipt is still picking up the last lines for sequences fine. The db isn't claiming new factors, though, so I don't know if it is receiving them or not. But, like you, I have them for later. |
