Following Super Bowl XLVII, Curtis Cooper was kindly asked to not overclock during future halftime shows.

Default side note about Chuck Norris

Fact: there's a small "Chuck Norris approved" logo on the bottle of laundry detergent I just bought.

That is a logo known for many years, and quite common in the area of the globe where I live. It was (under different forms) on cereal boxes and detergents since 1998, (during the "walker" era) in Guangdong/Shenzen/Hongkong area, too. They started also with Jackie Chan and Jet Li about few years ago (after Rush Hours became popular).

Edit: it was an endless source of fun to see Norris' big, unshaved face, every Saturday evening (when the Chinese TV was showing the movie), they had a nice introduction/advertizing, with his face taking all the screen, and saying, between smiling and being serious: (all movies were doubled in Chinese, specially for Cantonese people who could not read Mandarin, and viceversa): Ni hao! Wo shi Wa Keh. Ni bla-bla pu lah.
("hello, I am walker, you are arrested", but I forgot the exact Chinese for it, so I replaced with "bla bla") His face was so funny and serious in the same time that all europeans at the company were rolling down with laughing. Few Romanians working there had an additional motive of laughing, as we always associated his last two syllables with this Romanian profanity word (NSFW) which sounds exactly the same. But the most funny part was to see his big non-Chinese face, barbarian-bearded, saying "Ni hao!".

If Curtis Cooper says the worlds largest prime has only 17 digits, it does!

What base number would it take to have this new prime be 17 digits?
