On the Free-DC Mercenaries ID, it doesn't matter to me who reports the primes as long as someone does. Will you or this other person with access be reporting them?

Gary
I submitted PCZ's prime under my account but of course if he wants I'll move it to his account.
I will report Free-DC Mercenaries primes, I don't know where my friend is.

Carlos, what are you doing???
We know who those folks are, they were already taken care of, there is no rush, you are not the boss, not running things around here, and, do NOT take credit for primes your computers did not crunch!
You must have permission from an individual before you can take credit for their primes!
We are still working out the bugs in the auto-notify. Just because you got the notification by mistake that belonged to some one else does not mean you can take credit for it.

To IB:

Free-DC Mercenaries was created by me and by Edo. I handle that account, you can check free-dc forum. I am only submitting primes from Mercenaries, nothing else. Next time you accuse me of something bring the truth to the discussion.

Best Regards,

Carlos

I already fixed that issue with Chris because I got an email notification for that prime. Check the Top5000, the prime has already been moved to Brian's code.

and, as I said

Carlos,

I have received complaints in Emails and PM's from 3 different people about you in the last month. For a long time, I have attempted to pacify you because you have brought crunchers to NPLB. I have greatly appreciated you putting us on the radar at Free-DC.

Helping us out does not justify your erratic behavior. You cannot reserve and unreserve ranges, start and stop servers, rant on about ranges being stopped, etc. because you didn't get your way on something. You cannot create multiple ID's like "Fozzie" and "1" and who knows how many others under the guise of having others search under them or attempting to be anonymous yourself. You can't be transferring or adding your stats to others. Each person has their own stats. I wasn't born yesterday. It's not hard to see what you are doing.

You sent an Email to me saying that you had stopped distributing computing. So are you coming or are you going? We never know from one day to the next.

Here is what I expect to happen in the future:

Any FreeDCer who would like to remain anonymous is welcome to crunch for us under the "FreeDC mersennaries" ID. I assume that is the point of the ID. For primes under that server ID, NPLB will create a special top-5000 "anonymous" ID for those people's primes and submit them.

For people who do not wish to remain anonymous, are unfamiliar with the prime submission process, but still would like to get credit for the primes, Max or I will create a prover account and proof code for them at top-5000 after getting their full name and show them the much easier process of submitting the primes. If, like Brucifer, they just don't want to mess with submitting the primes to top-5000, see the para. above for how we will submit the primes for them.

In the future, under no circumstance unless instructed by an NPLB admin or by David are you to report any primes under your name that are not found by the "em99010pepe" or "Fozzie" IDs. I'll give you the latitude to use "Fozzie" on your work machines. For that reason, I suggest that you change all of your machines to one of those 2 ID's. I will provide Prof. Caldwell with a link to this message so if you happen to find a prime under a different server ID, I will make sure that he transfers it to the anonymous ID referred to above.

Now, let's stop with the games, get back to crunching, and only report the primes that you and you alone have found. I'm sorry but there is no "free ride" on top-5000 primes just because you "drummed up" business for NPLB. It doesn't work that way. It's a hobby and just getting the crunchers here and Free-DC doing some whooping in the rally should be reward enough. Hobbies should be fun and you are making it not fun for at least 3 of us and who knows how many others who have quietly seathed without complaining.

Thank you,
Gary

Further information came from 2 reliable sources to me that Fozzie, is in fact, a separate person at Free-DC. Therefore, I retract the part of the prior post about Fozzie. The rest of the post still applies. Sorry about the inaccuracy.
