Question Little wiggles on the PrimeNet v5.0 GFLOP chart

What's with the little wiggles at the bottom of the PrimeNet v5.0 GFLOP chart (http://v5www.mersenne.org/) during most of the past 36 hours (starting about 2008-09-09 07:00 UTC)?

A couple of weeks ago I saw another stretch of about two days of nothing but little wiggles like those -- with no hump in the middle as it has now, either.

Server crashes? Then why isn't the GFLOP graph simply flatlined then?
