C443 server issues on 4th drive - Page 3

IronBits,

I have here that spare machine (AMD 64 3000+ 2.0GHz). Imagine I install on it Linux (CentOS 64bit) and give you full access to it. Will you be willing by distance to set up a new llrnet server for us? Don't forget that I don't know how to install software on linux so you would need to explain me how to install the remote software.
We can talk about it by the end of September because I am busy until then, and also I need to know if I can get a spare location to put the machine on the university. I have access to three labs, I need to get the permittion first.
Please think of it.

I'll give it a go. ssh is all we need, and it's enabled by default.
Just need the IP address to the Server.

I might need to shutdown server C443 due to thunderstorms....I advise all to increase their clients cache, thank you.
