Port 443 is reserving n=620K-625K and 630K-635K.
Port 7000 is reserving n=618K-620K, 625K-630K, and 635K-638K. I will reserve n=638K-646K for manual reservations on a quad. ETA is ~8 days. Any primes that come after noon CDT on Thursday will be reported a week from Friday. Rolling... ![]() Gary Last fiddled with by gd_barnes on 2008-09-12 at 06:28 |

David,
We urgently need you to load up port 7000 with the k/n pairs that I sent in an Email a few hours ago. At the current rate, we'll dry in 2 hours. Sorry about that...the speed that we are processing this has caught me off guard. I'm going to pull my 2 quads off of it for now and see if they'll run C443. If not, I'll busy them with port 400 until I see that port 7000 has been reloaded. Gary |

LMAO. Thank GISH!! The savior has arrived and the world won't come to an end after all. ![]() Strange thing is that I intentionally only sent smaller files to begin with to get an idea of demand. Little did I know... We'll get you reloaded each time any time it shows a hint of dropping below 2000 k/n pairs; hopefully with more than a day's notice next time. lol Thanks again! Gary |

The results for 600-605 and 605-610 have been processed and the ranges are complete. No primes.

I'd like to reserve a big chunk here, 646K-666K, I should be able to do it in two weeks.
Gary, please split it into four chunks of 5K, as I'm testing on all cores of a Q6600. If you want to mail the files,my mailaddress is hugoplatzer (at) aon (dot) at. Thanks, --nuggetprime |

Gary,
The files you sent me contain bigger exponents than expected, my average test time is 720 sec, so it would take me about 3 weeks to complete instead of 2. I hope it doesn't matter to you. But my primes would also probably enter top-500 ![]() --nuggetprime |

See your PM for a little more specifics. Not a problem...I just sent you slightly smaller files. They should still take about the same amount of time, perhaps 1-2 days longer. Regardless, taking ~3 weeks is fine. Good luck and welcome back to NPLB! ![]() Gary |

Gary, to give you an idea how fast I'm going, I've now tested 500 of 10000 candidates. That would almostly make 3 weeks of testing time. No prime yet.
Thanks, nuggetprime |
