Yes, the rally failed. We set a goal and we didn't reach it. But there is nothing wrong with failure here. Two points: 1) Failure means we set an ambitious (and I believe appropriate) goal. 2) Yes, we cleared a large number of composite tests.

We will now aim for a Sierpinski prime by the end of the year. Robin Benson is still hammering away at his candidates near n=350000 and there are a few folks taking the manual Sierpinski reservations and a few clients testing the LLRNET queue. We will get there.

If we still don't find a prime by the end of November, I will resurrect this thread and try to rally some additional testers in December.
