strange LLR behaviour

I have encountered the following issue with several versions of LLR including latest, running under windows XP.
When looking for Gaussian Mersenne Norms using prefactored till 48bits input file, the exponent 1306069 causes an error:

Code:

ERROR: Incorrect factor found.
2^1306069+2^653035+1 has a factor : 5224277 and (2^1306069-2^653035+1)/5 has a factor : 1

It is strange because this error only occurs when the input file contains

Code:

1306069 48

and does not happen when

Code:

1306069 5224277 1

This is not a stability issue, as I have tested it on several configurations including overclocked and non-overclocked ones however only on Core2 systems since I don't have any access to other platforms right now.
Attached is a file you may use for testing purposes.

I grabbed the file and tried it, but I'm not getting the problem. I'm using an Athlon X2 2.5 GHz.
I get:

Did you delete the first line 1306069 5224277 1? If yes then try setting

Code:

TestGM=1
TestGQ=1

in llr.ini

No, I hadn't done that. With that line out and the settings you mentioned out, I get:

Code:

2^1306069+2^653035+1 has a factor : 5224277

With line out, settings in:

Code:

Line in, settings out is how it was at first:

2^1306069+2^653035+1 has a factor: 5224277
Starting factoring GM1306069 to 2^59
2^1306069+2^653035+1 has a factor: 5224277

Line in, settings in it doesn't find a factor quickly and I stopped it during 2^52.
