When I check the top members list in the V5 server for trial factoring, it shows how many attempts and successes. It says I have around 217000 successes (I'm doing trial factoring to low limits). Does this mean I've factored 217000 exponents, or does it mean I've found 217000 factors (since some exponents have 2 or 3 factors)? If I look at the recent cleared list, if an exponent has 2 or 3 factors, they all show up as cleared factors.

If I read the code correctly, the reports are counting each and every factor found. So you could see the rather odd listing of someone TFing 5 exponents with 7 successes!
