Y'know, I was thinking of posing the question of whether certain spellings of names of products of the company of Bill Gate$ ought to be in a separate category from the truly unintentional typo.

Hey, clowns789! How about compiling a list of "unofficial" spellings of words and product names/trademarks that are associated with the Bea$t of Redmond? Folks can post them here, or gather them from elsewhere and PM them to you, and once you have a decent list you create a sticky of the list, occasionally updated?

The version I have commonly seen (and indeed used) is simply Micro$oft.

Micro$oft is likely more common, but I prefer Micro$loth 'cause the Bea$t is so slow to respond to problems....

I use Microshaft once in a while.
And I've seen Windoze used by others.

and Windows CE can be abbreviated WinCE.

What happens when you combine Windows ME, Windows CE, and Windows Nt? You get Windows CEMENT
