Hi Guys,
I'd like to share with you my proof of Legendre's conjecture, that there is always a prime between n^2 and (n+1)^2. It's very simple and intuitive - based on my idea of patterns of divisibility of numbers. What do you think about it? https://youtu.be/Q4qpsdNugFk Marcin |

Why not simply put it in writing?

Hmm, Twitter posts about Legendre conjecture, under username @lesniakowie Possibly coincidental, but numbersplane.com might be related to that first youtube video. Creation date matches. Because in such a form it is much easier to understand. The proof is based on the idea of PATTERNS of divisibility, and patterns generally are I would say quite a graphical concept :-)

And what? :-)
I do confirm - it's all true. And does it influence somehow the proof, thesis, etc.? I don't get the point of your post. |

YouTube share links starts with youtu.be.
This makes some people nervous as phishing but it is actually a legit domain linked to from YouTube. |

Thanks for an explanation, I had no idea about that, and honestly, I didn't even notice the form of the link (that it may look suspicious).

Yes, I have seen it. And did he (Professor Tao) by the chance proof there the Legendre's conjecture? :-)
I've chosen such a form of presentation of my thesis and proof because it was easier for me, and I hoped it will be easier to understand for anybody. So I know and accept already that some of you may not like that form, but maybe let's talk about thesis and proof itself? In my opinion, the idea, and correctness of the reasoning and proof as itself is important, not a form. But of course, I do appreciate your advice on this issue ;-) Marcin |
