I checked a few links, but without the helps of other forum members, I didn't know how to contact DrKirkby again or does he not want to be contacted again? Let me know the total time to complete the P1 of each exponent on your end. Those are tough and lengthy tasks, not very many users like to go after those.
The recommended bounds are listed on the following pages  https://www.mersenne.ca/exponent/168639323 https://www.mersenne.ca/exponent/168662323 https://www.mersenne.ca/exponent/168692323 B1=1,050,000, B2=40,000,000 will take only slightly longer than B1=1,050,000, B2=39,000,000 I used to run P1 with the smaller B2 bound than the GPU72 recommendation for 1 exponent, then Ben Delo had to redo the entire P1 when he got assigned the PRP.
