If a p-1 thread is unStickied, does it mean it's done?

I've noticed that some p-1 threads are Stickied, and some aren't. Can I assume that UnStickied p-1 threads used to be Stickied, and then were unStickied after completion of the work in that particular thread?

Never mind.

After I made my reservation, the thread was split, with my stuff reservation turned into an unStickied thread.

Stuck threads are unclaimed work-to-do (or important announcement type threads). Unstuck work-to-do threads are work that has been claimed, but not yet completed. Completed work is moved into the Completed subforum.
