Congrats to Free-DC people including Beyond who just started a new project on Top-5000: Free-DC's Prime Search!

I was just told that we (RPS) are leading again by number of primes! That was an unintended, side effect of posting found primes, but it certainly doesn't hurt!

Code:
rank project primes score
1 RPS 952 48.7416
2 NPLB 951 48.1444
3 PrimeGrid 830 49.6959

And RPS is back to second place by number of primes!

Yes, and only 7.5 behind PrimeGrid

Code:
rank project primes score
1 PrimeGrid 985.5 50.1121
2 RPS 978 48.9249
3 NPLB 974 48.3431

An interested statistic is the number of mega-bit primes "owned" by RPS.

223 primes of size between 600k<n<700k
111 primes of size between 700k<n<800k
54 primes of size between 800k<n<900k
47 primes of size between 900k<n<1M
48 primes of size between 1M<n<2M
3 primes of size between 2M<n<3M

I think the next step should be reaching a score of 49. I am working towards that.

We would just need one prime at n=3M to reach that goal...
