I finished the PRP-CF of 16893241, it returned C-PRP, but I couldn't find more factors below 2^75. So will anyone work on this exponent again, or that's finished forever.

LaurV deleted my earlier post about this exponent, so I thought the results of the additional TF bits were not necessary for the project of this thread.

Team Inspector ≠ Team, so x/10 ≠ x where x can be a prime number or a range.

Please, report your TF results. No credit doesn't mean it's completely worthless...

Indeed.

Please, tuckerkao, report all of your work. Not just that which might get you "credit" in some artificial economy.

If any "no factor found" work is not submitted it simply means that /someone/ in the future is going to expend unneeded and unrewarded effort.

That effort will be done. With all the Carbon that might (or might not) involve.

With all due respect tuckerkao et al...

If you're going to play with us, please play well with others.

Because that number has nothing to do with this subproject currently. Also, only post things about that range in the thread that you have been pointed to.

PrimeNet names may bear no connection to actual IRL names. There are names of fictional characters and completely made up names that look like real names and there are names that don't look like names of humans nor organizations.

But, we have diverged from the original thread.

I trial factored some of the exponents around the M199M or M200M region with the known factors, but didn't submit the results since no GPU credits would be rewarded,

This time the other posters didn't read what YOU wrote all the while telling others to read more before posting ;-)
Having tested Mersenne numbers with known factors to verify your computer there was indeed no reason to send those KNOWN results to the server. But you could have said that in a clearer way than you did ;-)

I deleted his post(s) because he was talking totally nonsense about things I posted, like "M11.44M is a double double" (???) like a bot would do (i.e. looking at the patterns on my post and reply things with the same pattern but having nothing to do with the subject semantically).

Normally I would ignore a post like that, or take it as a joke (and I have to admit that it was a "cute" joke, with the double-double") but mr white tuxedo has a history of trolling here so I am more inclined to be strict with his posts.

Yes, we did. He is only playing with you, and you almost every time fall in his traps. Just ignore his posts, or delete them if they are off topic. Last of his posts are offtopic too (we don't test 199M+ here) and I only let them in because you (and others) replied to them.

Default Who's working in 2xM?

Hey all. So, it looks like we're going to be getting some additional firepower from SR Base. Yay!

They're going to start in the 2xM range, taking it up to 73 "bits". So... Could someone(s) please tell me what ranges are being worked there currently by others directly through Primenet, so we can "avoid toes"? Thanks.

James H could probably pull up a report, but there appears to be a lot of TF activity every which way in that range. Not necessarily all of the folks might be (frequent) forumites.

firejuggler: 23.8. Doing P-1 and some TF to 71
mikr: 24.0. Taking it to 71 bits; about half done. Then he'll move to 24.1 ... 24.9; 7-10 days per range.
me: 20.9. Taking it to 71 bits with my 980
me: 25.6. Taking it to 73 bits with my 2080

If there are any others it will be very new or very sporadic.

I'll gladly move out of the way. Can you set my GPUs to TF 35.3 to 75 bits until he finishes then 34.4

Copy. Thanks. I've left firejuggler and mikr's ranges out of the workspace.

Depending on how things go, we can bring in lower ranges over time.

Cool... Thanks rebirther. Let's see what your swarm can do!
