"π’‰Ίπ’ŒŒπ’‡·π’†·π’€

First : Name of an apostle ?
Second : Big European town ?

A good friend of mine has a decent knowledge of those languages. So, I asked him if he could translate your sentence. He also spontaneously looked at "π’‰Ίπ’ŒŒπ’‡·π’†·π’€"
I self have no merit.

Who said is a non-trivial/proper factor? It can be 1.
On a more serious note, I can't see the glyphs, even if I have the fonts installed (Firefox). Any tips?
