Default Copying Latex No Longer Works?

I have math work due Monday, and it has to be typed. Normally, to deal with mathematical symbols, I use this forum's Latex, click "Preview Post", then copy-paste the image to Microsoft Word. But this time it doesn't seem to be working...

Here's what happened when I tried to get the symbol for the complex numbers:

I'd much rather be able to do this using the forum's Latex. It is vastly easier to use than the downloadable versions.

Anyway, it's too late now, as the exam is due tomorrow...
