Popular file-sharing website megaupload.com gets shutdown by
U.S Justice - FBI and charged its founder with violating piracy laws. 
Four Megaupload members were also arrested. The FBI released a
press release on its website which you can view here:

an amusing fact : it seems that Lamar Smith, who filled SOPA proposing the law isn't properly crediting the photo he uses on his campaign site, and therefore could be taken down under the law he is proposing.

Illegally download Michael Jackson song = 5 years in jail;
