For some reason, my pc went from using all available resources to using only half the available resources. I cannot figure out what if anything I changed. My prime.ini file is:

Is your Processor a Pentium 4? If it is, have you turned ON hyperthreading?

Hyperthreading needs to be off really its not much of a performance difference but does foul up prime95 and the readout of cpu usage. Gl And welcome...

Usually, it is turned off in the BIOS.
