all k's from 10000-100000 have been tested to n=10000.there is 830000 primes in that range.im now taking the same k range to n=20000.

Why are K's 2927 through 2953 now marked down to NPLB ? I am actively working on those numbers and DID NOT release them. kar_bon: changed reservation to PCZ and NPLB (for doublecheck), reservation by individual. will change res. by project, if PCZ completed his range. Thanks see there yellow again.
I will be posting a 800k to 1M report, followed by 200k intervals up to 2M. LLR tests are in progress near 900k and a sieve for 1M to 2M has been started. |

Karsten,
For any k's that NPLB is only effectively double-checking for k=2000-3400/n=425K-600K because they are already searched to nearly n=600K or higher, if they have been previously reserved at the higher limits by someone else, I would suggest showing them as ONLY reserved by that other person at the current time. The only exceptions to that rule (which should be rare) are: (1) If the other person is only searching the k to n=500K (or up to somewhere between 425K<n<600K) and stopping. (2) If the other person is only searching to n<425K and stopping. In those cases, then the k's should be shown as reserved by both the other person and NPLB. Once we near n=600K, we should take another look at existing reservations to make sure everything is in order so that there is no misunderstanding. Thank you, Gary Last fiddled with by gd_barnes on 2009-06-18 at 07:32 |

To make it offical now, I will work on k=9941. It s a nice low-weight k, so that there are not to many test. I will report regularly about the progress and other things to report.
The first chuink is going from 0<n<1M. I know, it is tested up to 10k, but there are only a few test and it is a small doublechek for me.^^ Thanks Karsten for the tipps and hints. |
