Default NewPGen header.

Hi

Can anyone tell me the exact meaning of the digits at the end of a newpgen k.b^n-1 output file and how they are used by llr?

e.g. 15563732410:M:0:2:16386

Thanks

Chris

0, chain length, for single primes this is always 0, it is only used when instead of "M" below, the mode is set to 1, 2, or 3 for Cunningham chains
2, base b in k*b^n (+-) 1,
16386, bitmap, I cannot find what this one means. It's 0x4002, so it's related to "-1". For example "258" means k*b^n-1 with fixed k, "2" means k*b^n-1 with fixed n, and so on.

I just found the file where all options are explained, see the attachment. This is from pfgw distribution.
