I'll be taking a break from NPLB now for a team race, but I'll be back for more of this mini-drive soon.

There's bound to be some more. We have till 500K. Not to mention I'm not reserving any more ranges for some time.

And I forgot to say that the results have been emailed to Gary.

I have completed a double-check of the n=428K-429K range now. No primes found. Max, I'll send you the results file sometime on Weds. Max, will you be able to compare the residues from my results with the PRPnet results?

I'm now working on a double-check for n=432K-433K.

I didn't get the chance to process the results yet, though the range is finished. Today I'm planning to do various things with the server, including upgrading it to the latest version of PRPnet, and loading it with the n=260K-300K doublecheck work. I'll process the results while I'm at it and then they'll be all set for me to compare when you send me yours.

From the 434k-435k-file:

3127*2^434285-1 is prime. (130737 digits)

My first prime for NPLB and the first for the top5000 since december last year.

Last fiddled with by kar_bon on 2009-05-18 at 08:47 Reason: Had extra digit for n - 2434285 s/b 434285, corrected again

Atm there are 4 cores (+1 for a few days per week; 2 of them are my laptop (AMD ), not testing all the time). There is every prime a time to party.

The desktop C2D is heavy loaded with a individual k(=319). Then it is finished, I will have a look what to do next. A few more files at mini-drive or go on sieving my personal twinsearch at n=666777...
