I'm afraid that I goofed and I need some guidance.
Each of my machines is enrolled in PrimeNet. However, I wanted to help here so I grabbed some ranges and put them at the top of my worktodo.ini file. What I didn't count on is the "exponent not assigned to this computer" error that comes back from PrimeNet and won't go away. ![]() ![]() What should I do now? ![]() Thank you for your help. |

While you are working with mersenne-aries, you should set your clients to "manual communication" only. That way, they won't communicate at all unless you tell them to.
Unless something really weird happened, your exponents assigned from primenet should still be in your worktodo file. If primenet kicked out your p-1 assignments, just grab them again from the thread and put them back into your workdoto file. |

No that is fine too. But what exponents are you working on?

Well, Primenet only shows 75 total exponents assigned in the 21-21.1M range so clearly this lot is not it.

That's the set I cut-n-pasted into my worktodo.ini I've got 3 fast machines running them so about 12 have already been completed. 1 factor found with E=6
