Default Death of Free Heroku

I have a couple of Ruby on Rails sites, one being www.worldofprimes.co.uk , hosted with Heroku for free. Ordinarily I would switch back to hosting it on my Raspberry Pi 3B+ using DDNS now that Heroku will no longer be free of charge, but I am now behind a APN, so I can't. I thought I'd post here in the lounge to ask people for advice about a good cheap hosting site with a decent Rails tool-belt.

(Worldofprimes needs an update about ECPP to include CM. Also a section on "Modular Arithmetic".)

The best solution I have found is a cheap VPS and to run that like I did for the R-Pi 3B+ but using the given static IP. I should be able to host 2 websites by using different ports pointed to by my domain name server.
