Default primesieves for quadratic polynomials

A peaceful and pleasant evening for all persons,

i wrote a small book on english about primesieves for quadratic polynomials.
For those people who like prime generating functions, number theory and programming:

http://devalco.de/quadratic_prime_sieves.pdf

Comments, feedback and improvements are welcome.

Have a lot of fun by reading the book.

Bernhard

A peaceful and pleasant night for everyone,

it would be a nice sign for me, if there is a little bit feedback
about my little book.

It is autumn in Germany and the weather is not so pleasant,
i miss a little bit the sun and the primes.

Greetings from the algebraic numbers,
Bernhard

Bernhard, I have downloaded and printed your book (actually, the day you announced it here) but not yet read it. I am finding my time consumed by my new responsibilities as a father as of this September.

I hope to read at least parts of it, and that when I do I will find it lucid and enlightening.

I skimmed it but had too many mispellings and less latex than I felt was needed for consistency. might make my own slightly different version with the editor I have and see what comes of it.

If you have thoughts, notes, or a rework as you describe, post them (maybe here) -- they might help me or others follow the work better.

^ is used a lot, and isn't put in math mode most of the time.

I is often uncapitalized.

A few basic spelling differences from English.

The quote of Shanks, has a typo it seems.

The reused equations could be stored once in new commands, and called when needed.

code could be bolded, or use a syntax highlighting package like lstlist; I believe MuPad is supported. Code takes up 19 of the 70 pages before references ( aka ~27%).

Okay may have to condense it. My LaTeX writing app uses a site, and it complains about it it seems. Though to be honest, I don't agree with the claim of all factors being of form 2n^2-1

All factors f | 2n²-1, this polynomial builds a mathematical ring,
if f(n)|2n²-1then (2n²-1) / f(n) is of the form 2m²-1 or equal 1

Greetings

okay I misinterpretted it, but I got past my earlier limitation, turns out you can't forget the braces on a blank section call.

Are you sure that this was the latest paper, you worked on ?

It is sometimes amazing how much mathematical work is blowing in the cold and fresh winter air.

Besides it is not the actual missing response which makes me some headache, i am afraid that my mathematical progress is not convincing other.
