M102,218,101 has already been reserved and in the process of PRP testing before the initial day of this post, of course it became a proved composite 2 days ago. I'd say that any guesses should be at least M102,900,043 as of now, otherwise just wait for another week, Ben Delo will automatically reveal the answer.

That's not what the rules say - they don't say anything about what numbers Ben Delo has been assigned. You can make a new guess after your guess and all exponents below it have been tested for primality and you wait another 60 days.
