Credit not being granted

I recently reported a work unit on 21 September (local). When I looked today, I found that I am not being granted credit for work done.

Is this an issue that needs attending on my side, or is this a server-side issue?

You'd better email George Woltman (at woltman at alum dot mit dot edu) and explain what happened. Also include the relevant part of results.txt, which is in the folder where you installed Prime95.
