I am about the same age as Richard (Cheesehead) and went to the same college as Paul (Xilman).

Similar welcome!

You (davieddy) were my old A-level physics teacher! [we have since then briefly spoken by PM].
Though since I gather you're a dark-bluer, you're of course a sworn enemy of a light-bluer like me (and fivemack?) !!! :)

Less of the old bit, please
And I went to Cambridge as well.

PLEASE PM me with your identity.
Did I succeed in teaching you any physics?

You (davieddy) have some connections with Chris Tucker too, I believe, as your previous post is an acrostic reading "LAPD".

Do we have a well defined Riemannian metric?

(More or less seriously, I go now to where Chuck once did, or so I believe; clocker and I are roughly the same age.)

Seriously, tho, you just might be the right person to ask:
I've just kegged my first home brew - from a St. Peter's Ruby Red kit.
I was a little concerned because the bubbler never fully bubbled during the first fermentation, which otherwise apparently went well for about a week...
Several people on the web said this wasn't that uncommon due to the bucket leaking, and shouldn't be a problem. Our bucket is possibly a little (visibly) damaged on the lip.
Any advice?
