A related question:
Can I transfer work between Operating Systems? Specifically, can I pull work off a Windows 2000 box and move it to one running LInux? |

Yes, if you haven't already got Mprime on your Linux box just download and unpack it into your chosen directory but don't run until you've copied over the various .ini and saved files from the Windows machine, check that the file positions are correctly set (chmod 777 * will take care of it) and now when you run Mprime (./mprime -d) you'll see it take over where Prime95 left off.
