Default Prime95 - Migrating from XP 32-bit to Vista 64-bit

The first OS I bought for my self-assembled destop was Windows xp Profession x64 Edition. I didn't use it even for a day - due to hardware problems.

But now its 2 years after that and I am planning to try out Vista 64-bit.

I was wondering what I should do with the 2 Prime95-32bit clients running LL tests at 25% and 60%.

That is:
1. Should I continue using the 32-bit program until the current LL tests finish

2. Should I just overwrite the 64-bit Prime95 program over the 32-bit one and continue?

I doubt it matters much. You most likely won't see much of a performance difference, although I have seen somewhere here that 64bit is slightly slower on some things and slightly faster on other things.
